From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing location of this jaw-dropping apartment. Being right at the Port, we had easy access to everything we wanted to do, and the price was a total steal compared to other options in the area. The spacious and comfortable flat had a mind-blowingly beautiful pool view from the balcony where we enjoyed relaxing. The new aircon units kept us super cool during our stay. The beach, supermarket, and restaurants were all within walking distance, yet the area was surprisingly quiet. We were so impressed with Yiannis, who went above and beyond to make our arrival comfortable, even giving us a ride. The clear check-in instructions and directions were a pleasant surprise. When we needed a corkscrew, Yiannis was quick with a solution, even directing us to another empty apartment to get one. The host's great communication and responsiveness were truly impressive. With free wi-fi, free parking, and amenities like an electric kettle, cookware, and a flat-screen TV. The cherry on top was the prompt attention to any issues, like a slow shower drain, which was fixed the same day. We couldn't recommend this place enough and would definitely stay again!

The apartment had a cozy seating area where we could relax and hang out together. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, making it easy to cook meals. The balcony offered a nice spot to enjoy the beautiful views of Latchi. The flat-screen TV was a great bonus for those nights when we wanted to watch a movie. Having a washing machine in the apartment was super convenient for doing laundry.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor a bit cold on my feet, but others might not mind it.

Stayed in apartment No13 for 2 nights with a friend. The location is amazing - right at the Port and a very short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The price was a lot better than anything else I had seen around. The flat is spacious and comfortable enough. The balcony had a nice pool view and a comfortable seating space. Aircon units were new and worked very well. Instructions for check in and directions were some of the clearest I have ever been given. Host was very helpful; when I discovered there was no corkscrew, he gave me directions to go to another apartment and get one.
